Hi everyone,
few months ago my company (an advertising agency) adopted Microsoft Dynamics CRM online.
We use it mostly to create and track offers and invoices to clients.
The problem is that we couldn't find a proper way to send the offer to the client directly through the CRM.
Right now we create the offer on the CRM and save it, then we copy all its contents (name, code, description, prices, etc.) to an Apple Pages document (we have Macs), save to PDF and send to the client for approval.
That takes a lot of time and I'm looking for a way to generate a human friendly document directly from the CRM. I'd like to define a template and use it as a standard for the whole company.
I have read several forums and articles but couldn't find a proper way to do it. Maybe I'm missing something.
Can anyone help me?
