Hi All,
At a client we are using CRM Online (with the 7.1 update).
When I log in to the Dynamics CRM App I do not see the dashboards and it gives me this message:
It is dutch. It says: 'This record is unavailable'.
I already did the following:
- Checked the security roles.
- Checked the proporties of the Dashboards if the 'Mobile part' is checked.
- Checked the entities if the 'Mobile part' is checked
Still the dashboards are not showing in the App.
Does anybody have an idea?
