Plugin Registration tool won't work

Hi,

I tried to run the tool but seems it doesn't let me connect. I start the tool and click the create new connection and put my server name with ssl checked and my user name, password and domain, but I always get below error. In Authentication Source option I tried Active Directory and IFD, but same result. We are using On-premises server version 2015.  The tool version is 7.1.0.5353 64bit, my Windows version is Win 7 Enterprise version( 6.1.7601 SP1 64bit). BTW, I don't have problem to run CRM SDK application I developed.

Any idea?

Error : The server was unable to process the request due to an internal error.  For more information about the error, either turn on IncludeExceptionDetailInFaults (either from ServiceBehaviorAttribute or from the <serviceDebug> configuration behavior) on the server in order to send the exception information back to the client, or turn on tracing as per the Microsoft .NET Framework SDK documentation and inspect the server trace logs.
