After some poking around I have been able to open up the fields that are used for a quick find search to include the description for activities. This is working for phone calls. But when it comes to emails the context of the email is not being searched. I made every single field as searchable for emails, so I'm guessing this is not something that is possible OOB. Any slick workarounds to allow my team to be able to do a quick find search of the context of an email?
