I have a problem in CRM 2013 on-prem using server side synchronization (sss). My mailbox is frequently being disabled. After approving the mailbox again testing the mailbox (by clicking CRM button in mailbox) runs successfully. I have those problems owning the system administrator role. The problem occurs with the following mailbox alerts:
Appointments, contacts, and tasks can't be synchronized for the mailbox <User Name> because the email address of the mailbox <User Name> isn't approved. The mailbox has been disabled. The owner of the associated email server profile Exchange Server Profile has been notified.
Email cannot be received for the mailbox <User Name> because the email address of the mailbox <User Name> is not approved and the mailbox has been disabled. The owner of the associated email server profile Exchange Server Profile has been notified.
Anybody with (nearly) the same problem?
Where do I find traces or any further logs regarding sss?
