Auto-populate Company Name Based on Customer Selection in Campaign Response

I am working with Campaign Responses that are created from a form. When the customer name is filled in the Company Name, F Name, L Name, Phone, and Email lock. I want to auto populate these fields based on the contact or account name that is put into the customer information. Is there a way to do this with a workflow? Or would I have to use JavaScript in order to lookup the value in the customer field?
