We are using the CRM connector for NAV. Both CRM and NAV versions are 2015.
In our scenario products are two types Item and Resources which sync from NAV to CRM. There will be CRM order lines which will have a combination of both these types.
The Order to NAV Order map for field Type has a function based on the Unit field of the Order Products.
=If(EqualTo(All Order Details\Order Product\Unit\Name, HOUR), Resource, Item)
which basically means if the Unit is HOUR then the type value will be Resource or it will default to Item. However, the connector seems to be throwing an error message "Type must not be in Sales Line: Document Type=Order, Document No.=ORD-01685-V8Q1Q6, Line No.=10000"
Just to check whether this is due to the Type function in the map I tried the following:
1. Remove the Type field map (Result: Same error)
2. Create a new order with only one product which is of type Item. Tried syncing this record with both the Type map function in place, removing the map and putting a constant value Item also. (Result - Same error)
The verbose log does not give any detail of the problem other than this error message.
Am I missing something?
