I'm excited about the ability to make phone calls from within the app while having the app record the metadata, something that our firm has never used. According to the CRM Help and Training Page:
"In CRM for tablets, choosing the phone icon starts a Skype call. In CRM for phones, it starts a phone call."
When I try it on iPhone 6, however, tapping the phone button next to a contact tells me that I need to use Skype. Is this a configuration issue? I would just like it to make a normal phone call.
