I am trying to install the 2011 CRM Plugin for Outlook, but am having major issues. I originally installed the 2015 plug in, then uninstalled that and installed the 2011. I had a couple of opportunities where I tried to configure the plug in (after it installed correctly), but was unable to configure. I then tried uninstalling it, but that's where the issues arose. It tried uninstalling, and then I got the message saying it may have uninstalled correctly, do you want to remove it from the list (program list). I clicked yes. I have since tried following instructions online to remove the folders and regkeys, but I still can't get in fully uninstalled or reinstalled or repaired.
