How to import the entire Microsoft CRM DB into CRM in Microsoft cloud

Hi

• We need to import the entire Microsoft CRM DB into CRM in Microsoft cloud.
• Currently we have only the below two files
  • SIERRAODC_MSCRM.mdf
  • SIERRAODC_MSCRM_log.LDF
• Please suggest how can we import this into CRM in Microsoft cloud
