While adding button in CRM 2015 Online it gives error message

Hi all,

I want to add a button instead of using field to show data in crm 2015 online,but its not creating button in the form & showing error like TypeError: Cannot read property 'appendChild' of null.

Can anybody suggest please why it is giving this type of error?
