'This record is not available' Message when I open the Dynamics CRM app on my Windows Surface

Good morning,

I just installed the Dynamics CRM app on my Windows Surface. When I open the application, there pops-up an error message 'This record is not available'. I could not do anything else in the CRM app. Does anybody knows what to do to fix this issue?
