Completion of the Bulk Delete took longer than the polling time allotted

I am using the Dynamics CRM Online version. I was trying to use the BulkDelete solution in the Dynamics CRM 2011 sdk. The Bulk Delete system job was created but the status was always "Waiting". If I manually resumed the job, then the bulk delete operation would run. Any idea?
