Send email to opportunity owners 15 days before opp close date

Hi,

I need to send emails to opportunity owners, if opportunity “Close Date” falls in current month and opportunity is having stage(custom field) between 10% and 90%. 

Theses emails should be automated and should be sent 15 days before opportunity close date.

Please suggest how can i achieve this.
