I have already scanned the forums for this post and still don't have a resolution.  I am using the appropriate URL to attempt to connect to a dynamics CRM on premise instance.  This is for Outlook 2013, and CRM 2015 On Premise.  I don't have any site map issues, I don't have windows live, and I don't have any custom views in the site map.  PLEASE HELP.
