Copy Lead Notes to Account when Qualifying Lead

I am following this tutorial but cannot get it to work correctly.

I receive the following error:

the only difference I note is when I create a web resource it's sci_CopyLeadAttachments and not new_CopyLeadAttachments

I copied the code in the text editor.
