CRM report: parameter cannot be blank

Hi,

My report contains one NON required parameter. The parameter is a lookup to an Entity.

When I run the report I get the error: 

Please enter a value for the parameter XXXXX. The parameter cannot be blank

I cannot the find the cause of the issue.
