Web service URL changed automatically

Hi

In our CRM environment, the web service URL changed automatically from 

https://server-name/org-name/XRMServices/2011/Organization.svc?wsdl

to

https://server-name/XRMServices/2011/Organization.svc?wsdl

The organisation name was removed. There was no change to CRM. Could this have been caused due to a change to network. Please note that this is an on-premise internet facing deployment using ADFS.
