problem with sync crm with outlook

hi ,

i have a problem in sync user to outlook .

i attached pic files with the error message.

it's a terminal server user- admin user.

and i succeeded to sync other users that on the same terminal with no problem .

only this user not working .

the hour,date and time zone already checked and fit to the crm server date,time and time .

please help !
