Publish CRM to Internet via IFD/ADFSI

I have one server, and installed all components :

Full CRM server,ADFS/IFD

Then i install and config all components above on single server every are running OK. I have NAT 443 point to ADFS and 444 point to CRM

My user from internet he type : https://A.B.C.D ( public IP). The link cannot redirect to link CRM :(. How to publish ADFS server to internet :(.
