Custom Workflow Input Parameters Not Updating

Hi

I have Dynamics CRM 2015 Update 1 trial edition. I have created one custom workflow that has two input parameters of type text.

I changed the code to have those two parameters as lookup instead of single line of text.

I have updated my assembly and version number also but still the same text parameters are showing up.

In on-premise I used to reset IIS but it is online. Any thoughts how can this be fixed?
