Hi,
I have an issue where when a User tries to open a record in CRM from the Outlook Client nothing happens. I've been informed they do not get an error message or anything like that, Outlook simply does nothing.
Just to clarify, this occurs when trying to open a Record within all entities e.g. Contacts / Opportunities / Accounts from the client. Nothing happens. They do not get the pop-up window with the Record within CRM as would usually be the case when double-clicking.
Anybody come across this before?
