Hi All,
I want to give certain right to my user, below is the scenario:1. Now I want all the activities closed by B, can then be opened/reactivated by User A as well.
Please see the attached error it is showing me - when User A tries to reactivate the case
2. Can I make sure by some setting/configuration, that if a case is closed once by a user, he can reopen it - but can only be closed by his reporting manager.
