My company started an import of companies and contacts on 3-July-2015 the system hung up in the process. We trying to cancel the system job to no avail. Contacted Microsoft Dynamics technical support team has been aware of and trying to fix the system problem. My production team has been shut down since 3-July-2015 and it now 12-July-2015. We need a workable and bug free asyncjobscleaner software to cancel systems jobs in the event of future issues. Can anyone help on this issue or know of a app as Microsoft tech support is a dead end.
