An error is coming while debugging plug in using Profiler

I was connected CRM 2013 with plug in registration tool of CRM SDK 2015 whenever iam uploading the downloaded error log file to debugger it's showing "An error occured while parsing the plugin's profile from file" could any suggest me where iam going wrong
