When qualifying certain leads an unusual Duplicate Detection warning come up. The window says it found possible duplicates but then lists “Potential duplicate records: None”. This is happening regardless of user account and machine. This is not happening on all leads
If I click “Save Record” then the contact is created and lead is qualified as expected. Is this a bug with Dynamics? Is there anything that can be done to prevent confusion of possible duplicates where there are no duplicates for our users?
