How to find source Entity type created in the Grid thru Plugin

Hi Team,

I have to find the source entity form in the Plugin for the newly created Entity in the grid.

I have placed Service's grid (service  Entity) in Opportunities as well as in Account. Once Service's are created by clicking in the "+" button in the Grid, my plugin get triggered for newly created Service, but i have a requirement to find whether the service is created in "Account" or "Opportunity" Page, based on that  i have create some sync record. 

Can any one suggest me good way to find it in Plugin.
