Product/Service Management for Account

Hi there,

Just a quick question in terms of managing what services/products each customer has. Most of our customers purchase services on a monthly or yearly basis. We would like to be able to track what service the customer has and the terms of that service. When it nears expiry, we would want an email reminder sent out to the team in charge of that account.

I've had a look at the entitlements module, however it seems to be that you can only set the entitlement terms to number of cases or hours. This won't work for us. Our clients get unlimited support - as long as they've paid - during the term of their entitlement.

Also, how can I show a list of services on the accounts entity so it's easy to view what service each of our customers have.

Hopefully I've articulated this properly.
