My organization has been using Dynamics CRM Online since 2009. When we setup everything initially, we used the CRM for Outlook client to sync all email activities with CRM. Since 2009, there have been significant changes within CRM capabilities as well as changes within our own infrastructure. Even though all users have Office 365, our version doesn't include hosted email, we host our own Exchange 2010 server in-house. Like other companies with lots of workflows, sometimes the workflow messages are not sent because the owner of a record doesn't have Outlook open for a while. (We have lots of outside employees). I'm interested in the Email Router or maybe the Server-Side Sync options or perhaps there are other options. I would gladly explore all options but would like to get some feedback from others with similar issues as to what you recommend.
