My custom form is not showing up by default. Instead, the Information form shows up first. As System Admin and System Customizer on our dev environment, everything seemed fine. We've exported the solution and imported it into our test environment. For a few of the entities, I had made custom forms. I have set the security roles on my custom forms, and have set the Form order (with the custom form first, then the Information form after).
The users can select the custom form by clicking in the navigation at the left-side of the entity's form, where it says Information, and then they can select the custom form. So, they do have access to it. But it's not showing up when they first open the entity. Same thing happened for me on the test environment. I got the Information form at first.
There weren't any errors when publishing the solution or importing it, or when publishing all customizations.
The user only has that 1 security role. They do not belong to a team (just the default team). We have not set up teams on the test environment yet, only a few users with security roles. I have no idea if this could somehow be related.
