CRM Online not able to send email

Hi guys,

 

We have a problem at the moment where email is not being send to our email addresses in the CRM Online. For an example at the moment we have 5 users in our CRM online and we have changed one user primary address to our company email address.

Trying to send a direct email to the user does not result in anything. The system jobs log show the bulk email is succeeded.

 

Can anybody provide any suggestions?
