Yesterday we executed a Quick Campaign - Mail Merge to about 4000 contacts. It took about 10 hours sending mails to these contacts. This is too slow. Could you please advise what could be the reason and a solution.
I also tried to open the Diagnostics tool from here:
Start Menu -> All Programs -> Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 -> Diagnostics
However, it does not show 'Run' button as following page on Technet mentioned:
technet.microsoft.com/.../dd979083.aspx
We are using Dynamics Online and its Outlook Ad-in. The Email Access Type is 'Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook'.
