I have a user where the CRM buttons are missing from Outlook appointment and contact records. He has CRM in Outlook, it works fine with Email. When you open an Outlook Contact or Appointment record, CRM disappears from the ribbon so you cannot track the record to CRM. When trying to right click on an appointment in the Outlook Calendar, the Track in CRM and Set Regarding come up in the list however when you select one of them, nothing happens. His CRM works fine in Outlook otherwise.
We have reinstalled CRM completely but it did not resolve the issue. I have also re-run the CRM Config Wizard. I have checked the Outlook add-in options, reviewed the CRM settings in Outlook and all looks ok.
Ideas?
Any ideas how to get the CRM buttons on the ribbon for Outlook Appointments and Contacts? CRM is in the Outlook ribbon otherwise.
