I'm working in a training center, a partner of Microsoft and Silver Learning.
We will soon deliver the Sales Management in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 course, and I need a Middle-Tier file : MT14-WS12-LON-DC1-CRM13-APP.part01.exe.
I've tried the Microsoft Learning Download Center without success. I can download all needed files listed in the setup guide, except this one : MT14-WS12-LON-DC1-CRM13-APP.part01.exe. I can't find it.
Help !
