I have been looking through many posts about setting up o365 and crm2011 to work together, however, I am still unsure about a few things especially after some errors which came up with time.
Email router setup: o365 server (autodiscover) and the crm-mail user credentials.
Testing does go through with the mailbox being delegated to the crm-mail user with Full access only, as oppose to the setup which worked fine so far with only "send on behalf" and "send as" permissions.
Can someone share his setup?
Is there another way to configure this? must a single user have all access permission to all mailboxes?
What could cause this setup functionality to change?
