Automatic Reminder settings

Hi,

Req: Today i sent first mail to the lead and change the status as First mail sent.After a certain time limit the second mail needs to sent.

For that CRM should automatically remind me your next follow up mail need to sent tomorrow like that.

Is it possible to define the automatic reminder/Alert message into the system.

Please give your valuable comments/Suggestions.
