I have Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011. Is it possible to create a workflow that will auto-populate information in a form that was previously entered in the contact entity. The way we have it set up now, you can close an opportunity as lost or you can close it as won. Currently, when you close the opportunity as won, a new account form will pop up in a seperate window but it is blank and the reps have to fill in all of the contact and account information again, manually. Is there a way to have the information pull from the contact record or opportunity record instead? I would like to cut down on the manual work for the reps as much as possible. I know how to do basic workflows between entities but how do I do this with a seperate form? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
