How can I disable the Cancel Case button for Users with a specific custom security role

Hello,

I have an on-premise CRM 2011 system for a couple of users. On the Case form, I want to make sure some users should not be able to Cancel cases.

How can I make the Cancel Case button on the ribbon disabled for these selected users. I have a similar security role for these user, so I can use the securty role to prevent them from using the button.
