Hi,
I have a client who is using advanced find to see how many emails have been received into CRM on a given date. When he initially ran it the results where 1200. He then ran it a second time with exact same criteria and it returned only 35 emails received for that date.
When i log onto his system and use the exact same criteria, i'm getting 1200 emails. I've repeated it multiple times and still get 1200 (i.e. the correct amount).
I've tried sharing my advanced find view but it won't allow me to. When i select any users/teams nothing happens.
Can anyone shed some light on this please.
