Within the last week one of our offices has experienced a problem with the Outlook-CRM Dynamics 2011 integration. We use the online CRM Dynamics version. Those who had the CRM integration add-in activated could not open or use their Outlook. After a certain number of tries, some got the message that the CRM add-in was causing the problem and offered to deactivate it. Others just had Outlook hang there, making no progress toward opening. In these cases we opened it in safe mode and deactivated the add-in.
In any case, we want to be able to use the CRM-Outlook integration to track e-mails with business contacts. Has anyone else run into this? Any solutions?
