After rollup 13 users cannot access crm. After the ADFS login they are again prompted for credentials, which do not work. I had to uninstall RU 13 from the server in order to restore access.
Although it did seem to work for a few days prior to that, but Outlook became noticable slower.
Does this have something to do with ADFS 2.1 compatibility? Is ADFS 2.1 required or suggested with RU 13?
