I installed the email router (CRM 2013, Exchange 2010) and it seems to be OK but when I click "Load Data" on the "Users, Queues and Forward Mailboxes" tab of the Email Router Configuration Manager, I don't get any users. I don't get any error messages, either, so I don't know what the issue is. I verified that I can access CRM through the configured URL fine without being prompted for credentials (I didn't specify a port because I assumed that it would use the default. Am I supposed to specify a particular port?). The configuration published fine with no error or warning messages as well. Any thoughts?
