We've been installing the Outlook-CRM connection on several of our staff computers. However, one individual's computer continues to have problems. Below is a list of the issues and steps that we have taken/faced. We're pretty much stumped on this issue. We are on Dynamics CRM 2011 and Outlook 2010. Can someone give us some guidance on what the problem is and how to resolve it?
1. After installing the dynamics plugin, unable to open outlook. Deleted outlook profile and recreated the profile and everything was working.
2. A day or two later. Error message "Cannot add to the junk email server list, you are over the sever limit" Contacted our Outlook system administrator and they made some changes to his junk mail folder.
3. Checked the staff member's computer after the Outlook system administrator made the changes and when trying to send an email I received the error message. "Errors have been detected in the file C:\Users\................."
4. Deleted the outlook profile and recreated the profile and everything was working.
5. Checked his email again. When trying to open outlook received the message "Outlook failed to start correctly last time it was opened. Would you like to start in safe mode."
6. Selected "Yes" and ran the repair process. Tried to open outlook again with the same message about failing to start correctly.
7. Tried to delete the outlook profile but unable to open the window to do so.
8. Tried to uninstall the CRM plug-in and every time doing so it gets to the very end and of the process and will not finish.
