Dynamics CRM 2013 Windows Phone 8.1 APP can't connect

Hi!

My Environment is below:

Domain:Windows 2012

CRM:Windows 2012, installed CRM 2013/w SP1, ADCS, ADFS

CRMDB:Windows 2012, installed SQL 2012/w SP1

All system had update to date.

In CRM, I had setuped IFD and exported ADCS Root CA Certificate

I had test bellow platforms(imported Root CA):

Win7(Web), Win8.1(Web), Win8.1(APP), Android(Web), Android(APP), iPad(APP), Windows Phone 8.1(Web) connect to CRM successful from intranet and internet.

But just only Windows Phone 8.1 APP fail !!!

The error messege is: unknown error

I search solution from Google, find nothing !! I have no idea to resolve it.

Can anyone help me? Thanks a lots!!!
