Hi all,
I have a number of mailboxes which are connected to crm via server-side synch. When I first activated the mailboxes, the emails were processing and using the new auto-create cases, cases were being created based on the emails in these mailboxes successfully.
I then 'Deactivated' the mailboxes. When I reactivated the mailboxes, approved the emails and ran the 'Test & Enable' mailboxes process, the result is a "success" but it is no longer processing any emails from the mailboxes. They are definately emails coming into the mailboxes which I am monitoring.
Can someone tell me what I should check? The tests of sending/recieving are successfull, but I am not even getting the 'email' as an activity in the queue so it is therefore not creating any cases. Why has it stopped picking up emails from the mailboxes? Thank you :) I am using CRM 2013 On-Premise with SP1
