E-mails still filtering in Activities: Emails

Hello Everyone:

My boss does not want any e-mails to filter in the Activities: Emails.

I have tried to stop this by:

1. deactivate all mailboxes

2. deactivate all Email Server

3. Set Owners options email track to Email messages in response to CRM email

4.

 

5. is there away to delete the Process email using?
.

Any help would be great. Note my boss does not want any e-mails filter in.
