Requirement:
I have to implement HRM Module in my CRM 2013.
I need to create Job Opportunities in CRM and publish it on my Company Website which is developed in PHP.
I need to get the details(Resume & personal data) of the candidates who apply for jobs from my company's Website into Dynamics CRM 2013.
Planning:
1. I want to create a custom entity where the records are created for Candidates who apply for the job in the Website.(I can use Leads entity but I don't want to mess up with the Sales Dept. records).
2. Track the emails sent by the Candidates in CRM via Outlook.
3. Send emails automatically when Approved/Rejected using Email Templates.
4. Call a Webservice on the CRM (Job Opportunity) entity to push data into our company's database and the Website calls this data and publish it on the Website.
Questions:
How to track emails of Custom Entities?
How to create records in CRM from my Website?
How to publish the Job opportunities creates in CRM into the WebSite other than calling Webservices?
Any suggestions would be a great help in getting me started!
