Recently upgraded from 2011 to 2013 a few months back and currently on Update Rollup 1 for SP1.
I have been trying to configure the Mobile Forms for the Phone and came across the Notes Form. For some reason the mobile form does not include a Note Text Field as it does on the Note Quick Create Form. All my users put in their notes in that field and are only able to see the Title field on the phone. If the user decides to update the Title Field on the Phone, whatever that is in the Note Text field is erased. I have seen online that this Note Text Field should be displayed, but I am wondering with the new Rollup if this part was removed.
