I've been having issues with the Email Configuration of my system (Office 365 Hosted). I have some users using the Email Router with Server Side Synchronization, while others are using the CRM plug in for Outlook.
I've attempted to run tests on the mailboxes, but they're all set to "configuration test is scheduled". The tests never run, so I am at a loss in regards to whose mailbox is working, and whose is not.
Has anyone had these test run correctly? If so, how?
