Question that you may be able to help me with.
Assuming I have:
A Potential Customer
A Confirmed Customer
A Potential Supplier (perhaps an office cleaner or vending machine engineer)
A Confirmed Supplier (perhaps an office cleaner or vending machine engineer)
Where do you place both potential and confirmed suppliers?
My logic was that:
Leads = People that you meet at a show and decided to enter their details in case they become a customer
Accounts = Confirmed or near to becoming customer
Contacts = The staff that typically work for the accounts above. (this is also where I think supplier should be placed but am I correct?)
Essentially, where do you add your basic suppliers?
